SPAR North of England launches Win With Every Goal campaign

SPAR North of England has brought back its football-themed Win With Every Goal shopper promotion for a third year, introducing new game features and a £10,000 grand prize as it looks to drive customer engagement during this summer's FIFA World Cup.

The campaign, launched by wholesaler James Hall & Co Ltd, runs from 4 June to 19 July and gives customers the chance to win instant rewards, daily cash prizes and a £10,000 jackpot.


More than 350,000 instant rewards will be available throughout the 46-day promotion, alongside £100 cash prizes awarded each day.

To take part, shoppers can visit the campaign website and spin a virtual wheel to be assigned a team. Customers then choose whether they want to win when their team scores or concedes a goal. Each qualifying goal triggers a further spin for the chance to win a digital voucher redeemable in participating SPAR stores.

The promotion is supported by more than 400 SPAR North of England stores, with rewards redeemable through PayPoint, Payzone, epay and the i-movo xPress App.

New for 2026 are two additional prediction-based games, Goal Rush and Strike Time, designed to increase engagement throughout the tournament.

Goal Rush challenges customers to predict the correct score of a designated match, while Strike Time asks players to predict the timing of the first goal. Both games offer additional reward opportunities on match days.

The daily scratch card mechanic also returns as part of the campaign, providing further chances for shoppers to win prizes.

Philippa Harrington, marketing manager at James Hall & Co Ltd, said the promotion had become one of the company's most successful customer engagement initiatives.

"SPAR Win With Every Goal has historically been one of our most successful campaigns. For 2026, we have taken it to another level with the brilliant new in-game features that have been added in, delivering even more for SPAR North of England customers," she said.

"We have also refreshed the Win With Every Goal logo with a swish makeover, and the vibrant campaign colours give a feeling of bright stadium tickertape and a nostalgic nod to summer football tournaments."

Harrington thanked supplier partners for supporting the campaign, highlighting AB InBev, Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Walkers as platinum sponsors.

"We are ready for the big kick off, and when the final whistle is blown at the end of the campaign, £10,000 will be coming home to one lucky SPAR customer," she added.

A total of 50 different voucher types are available to win during the promotion, which will be backed by a comprehensive digital marketing campaign and in-store activation.

Supplier partners supporting the initiative also include Suntory, AG Barr, Mondelez, Kellogg’s, Pladis, Nestlé Confectionery, Britvic, Carlsberg, KP Snacks, Perfetti Van Melle, Fyffes, Vinachy, Premier Foods, Asahi, Heineken, Mars, Red Bull, Ferrero, E.
