Snappy Technologies today announces the enterprise launch of its next-generation Order Aggregation (OA) solution, a powerful solution designed to help retailers manage orders, menus, promotions, and inventory across multiple online delivery marketplaces, and control product and pricing centrally.

Developed in close collaboration with pioneering retail partners Southern Co-op, and Heart of England Co-operative society during the last 9 months, ‘Snappy OA’ represents a major leap forward in simplifying multi-channel commerce whilst unlocking significant growth opportunities.

The Snappy OA service introduces a premium suite of capabilities that empowersretailers of every size to operate efficiently across a complex digital ecosystem. At a time when retail margins are under sustained pressure, Snappy OA enables greater control over operations, pricing, and execution - helping retailers manage rising costs while remaining fully compliant with the rigorous standards of UK and internationalmarketplace integration.

A standout feature of Snappy OA is its proprietary promotions API, designed to eliminate one of the industry’s most persistent challenges: the lack of standardised promotion management across online channels.

By enabling seamless, centralised promotion control without requiring retailers to build or maintain their own API, Snappy OA removes the need for manual uploads, saving hours of operational effort each week while ensuring consistent, real-time execution across all marketplaces.

The OA service has already demonstrated positive results during the pilot, with one of the pilot retailers reporting record GMV highs since the launch, and both seeing incremental growth across all marketplaces.

This, along with operational efficiencies like faster deliveries, and more accurate stock reporting, is allowing scale without the need for additional headcount.

Heart of England Co-operative Society became the first to successfully process a Snappy OA order in June 2025 using Just Eat and Snappy Shopper channels and are now addingUber Eats with all levels of last mile supported to enable maximum coverage.

Then followed Southern Co-operative in September 2025, who are now operating across five marketplaces; Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Just Eat, Snappy Shopper, and FoodHub.

Mike Callachan, CEO, Snappy Technologies, said: “This is a huge milestone in our industry. Retailers of all sizes offering online delivery are now able to connect into more channels and access more customers. It's a win-win!Our team has worked closely with marketplaces, EPOS partners, last-mile operators and two pioneer retailers in Southern Co-op, and Heart of England Co-operative society.

"These collaborations have enabled us to deliver a fantastic solution that not only saves retailers time and money, but it also allows them to provide a better experience for their customers with faster deliveries and more accurate stock meaning less substitutions. This is all contributing to the significant increase in GMV we have seen with both pilot retailers.”

Nick Smith, Commercial Director, Southern Co-operative, responded: “This is an exciting phase of our QComm Delivery expansion giving our members choice in the way in which they order with us. In just five months, we’ve had triple digit growth to our GMV by extending into more marketplaces and implementing efficient in-store processes to meet demand.

"Snappy’s tech and support has enabled us to fulfil more orders and solve operational and technical issues as and when they occur, which means we fix-fast and maximise on our investment in OA."

Steve Browne, CEO, Heart of England Co-operative Society, added: “Security and accuracy in order reconciliation across multiple channels is critical for us, and Snappy OA delivers that. By harnessing our existing EPOS investments, we’ve been able to simplify in-store processes, significantly reduce substitutions, and control our multichannel pricing strategy.

"Our long-standing relationship with Snappy has been built on reliability, innovation, and exceptional support. As we look ahead, we’re excited to continue this growth journey with Snappy Technologies, including the launch of our own white-label service."

Andy Batt, Head of Partnerships, Snappy Technologies, thanked both pilot retailers.

“The contribution from the technical and retail teams at both Co-operative partners, hasbeen pivotal to help us deliver technology that is relevant to retailers today and for the future. We are thrilled to help them connect to their customer communities seamlessly," Batt said.
