FrieslandCampina new MD UK Ireland

FrieslandCampina, the dairy group that owns brands such as Yazoo and Chocomel, has announced the appointment of Bob Mulder as its next Managing Director for its operations in the UK and Ireland.

The current director Will Jones will step down at the end of this year. Mulder is currently Sales Director for FrieslandCampina Consumer Dairy Netherlands.

Mulder, who joined FrieslandCampina eight years ago after a career with Hero, Euroma, and Unilever, will report to Dustin Woodward, President FrieslandCampina Europe.

Woodward commented, “We warmly welcome Bob into his new role and to the business group Europe Leadership Team.

"His existing track record in driving growth for the company and his deep understanding of the dairy market will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and expand in the UK and Ireland, and we look forward to the continued success of the business under his leadership.”

“We sincerely thank Will for his significant contribution to FrieslandCampina over the years. His growth mindset, people-first leadership and positive attitude have been instrumental in shaping our success, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”

Mulder will succeed Jones, who will step down from his role as Managing Director UK & Ireland at the end of this year, effective 31st December 2025.

Woodward added: “We sincerely thank Will for his significant contribution to FrieslandCampina over the years. His growth mindset, people-first leadership and positive attitude have been instrumental in shaping our success, and we wish him the very best in his future endeavours.”

Jones joined FrieslandCampina in 2015 as Marketing Director across the company’s UK & Ireland division.

During his tenure, Will has played a pivotal role in growing the business, securing a market leadership position with YAZOO and launching the company’s Chocomel and Barista brands in 2019.

In 2023, Will successfully oversaw the relocation of the UK head office from Horsham into central London, which further strengthened the company’s strategic position. With this transition now complete, Will has chosen this natural moment to pursue a new chapter outside FrieslandCampina.
