FAIR has added another two spirits to its range, launching in the UK with distributor Mangrove Global. FAIR Coconut and FAIR Mango both land at 18 per cent ABV, making them a natural fit for operators building out their lower-ABV cocktail offering and consumers practicing moderation. And with spritz season just around the corner across Europe, the timing could not be better.
Founded in 2009, FAIR was one of the first spirit brands to pioneer fair trade practices in the alcohol industry; a commitment that remains at its core today. Every ingredient is ethically sourced, every farming community considered, and every step of the supply chain held to the highest standard of transparency and fairness. It’s a brand built on the belief that exceptional spirits and a positive impact on people and the planet are not mutually exclusive.
“At Mangrove, we’ve always been drawn to brands that stand for something, and FAIR has stood for something since its very inception," said Nick Gillett, Managing Director of Mangrove Global. "These two new liqueurs are a brilliant example of what the brand does best: outstanding liquid, ethically made, with real versatility behind the bar. We’re delighted to be bringing them to the UK market, and we think the timing is perfect.”
FAIR Coconut
FAIR Coconut is crafted from fresh coconuts, ethically sourced from the Philippines. Subtle tropical fruit notes give way to a smooth, nutty palate, with a delicate toasted finish that lingers beautifully. It’s excellent in a simple mixed drink, or in a more complex cocktail, for example, the Coconut Negroni.
FAIR Mango
Made from fresh Peruvian mangoes, FAIR Mango offers a subtle balance of ripe mango, vanilla and a gentle sweetness; complex without being heavy, and endlessly mixable. Its brightness makes it a standout choice for spritz serves, bringing an added dimension to lighter drinks. Its signature serve is the Mango Daiquiri.
FAIR Coconut and FAIR Mango retail at RRP £25.75 for a 70cl bottle.
