Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2025 at Olympia London showcasing new food and drink products, start-up brands, tastings, and industry talks

Speciality & Fine Food Fair returns to Olympia in London on 9-10 September packed with new food & drink products to line retail shelves, from the Start-Up Village to the Wine Cellar to a range of international and regional pavilions.

On the Food for Thought stage, industry leaders will discuss topics including cyber security, uses of AI for time-poor retailers, how staff training and product knowledge can increase sales, and deep dives into the food & drink trends of tomorrow.

In the show’s Village Square, speciality wholesalers such as Cotswold Fayre and Diverse Find Food will be running hosted tastings, while Invest NI will be showcasing a wide range of delicious products from the region.

The Start-Up Village, open to producers operating for less than two years, will feature more than 50 innovative new brands, including:

Dffrnt Fine Ferments

New kombucha brand dffrnt will be bringing its slow-brewed organic tea leaves, botanicals and giving cultures to this year’s Fair. Enjoyable as a soft drink or as an alcohol alternative, its three unique flavours are twice fermented over two days and infused with immune-boosting nutrients.

Fil Palestinian Artisan Shatta

Fil, short for filfil (Arabic for "pepper"), aims to spread Shatta worldwide! Created by three Palestinian co-founders – two brothers and a friend – Fil celebrates Palestine’s rich culture through food. Shatta, a traditional chilli condiment from Gaza, is a staple on most Palestinian tables. Unable to find fresh, high-quality Shatta in Europe, the founders took matters into their own hands. Versatile, flavourful, and unique, Fil's Shatta adds spice to any dish.

Kindred Forest

Kindred Forest is an eco-conscious brand partnering with indigenous communities to produce rare, single-origin rainforest products like wild cacao, shade-grown coffee, and artisanal arenga sugar. Combining traditional knowledge with science, they ensure ethical sourcing, sustainability, and transparency, supporting conservation and local resilience against climate change.

Kwikish

Kwikish simplifies traditional African cooking by offering modern pantry staples that reduce preparation time without compromising authentic flavours. Its first product, Jollof Paste, transforms a labour-intensive dish into a quick 30-minute meal with no chopping or blending. The brand aims to make African flavours accessible for everyday home cooks.

TOSS

TOSS is dedicated to transforming the salad dressing market. It combines whole and nutritious ingredients, free from preservatives, artificial sweeteners, and unnecessary additives, to deliver clean, fresh, and bold flavours. Emphasising gut-friendly benefits and a rich supply of micronutrients, TOSS blends superfoods with exceptional taste, positioning itself as an ideal companion to enhance salads. It promises a compelling experience from the very first use.

Teto

Teto produces Cold Brew Sparkling Tea, created for discerning adults seeking an alternative when sparkling water feels too plain, soft drinks are overly sweet, and only something distinctive will suffice. This refreshingly natural beverage combines real tea with calming hop flowers, containing no sugar, no sweeteners, and no ultra-processed ingredients. Delivering full flavour, it is made solely from tea, botanicals, and bubbles.

With its diverse line-up of emerging talent, exclusive product launches, and expert-led discussions, Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2025 will provide buyers, retailers, and hospitality professionals with a unique opportunity to discover the next wave of standout food and drink brands.
