British Canadian brand, Pure Maple, will be attending this year’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair, from 9 – 10 September 2025 at Olympia, London.

Having undertaken a brand refresh earlier in the year and becoming newly certified organic, Pure Maple will be heading to the show floor with its highly anticipated Maple Butter Spread and range of 100% pure maple syrup products.

Consumer interest in alternatives to refined sugar is growing and maple products are well positioned to tap into this trend. Visitors can expect to uncover fresh ideas and innovative products that allow them to cater to this trend.

Set to be a stand-out at this year’s Speciality & Fine Food Fair event, Pure Maple’s Maple Butter Spread is a rich, creamy, dairy-free alternative made from 100% pure maple syrup.

Naturally sweet, nut-free and gluten-free, this spread delivers a smooth, buttery texture similar to that of peanut butter. Perfect for pancakes, waffles, toast, rice cakes or as a natural alternative to honey and jam, it offers a clean-label, flavour-forward option for modern consumers.

Launching soon, the Organic Dairy Free Maple Butter Spread is expected to gain traction with shoppers seeking innovative, wholesome cupboard staples.

As part of Pure Maple’s commitment to clean, natural sweeteners, the brand is also highlighting the rising demand for maple sugar, a trend gaining momentum due to its unique flavour and perceived health benefits.

A versatile, natural sweetener made from crystallised maple syrup, maple sugar is increasingly being used in bakery, confectionery, dairy products and even collagen drinks.

With its lower glycaemic index and rich, caramel-like profile, maple sugar is emerging as a top choice for manufacturers and home cooks looking to replace refined sugar with something more flavourful and functional.

Pure Maple will also be showcasing its newly organic-certified range of pure maple syrups, including its Golden Delicate, Amber Rich and Dark Robust varieties. With a competitive RRP of £6.00 - £7.89 for a 236ml / 312g bottle, this equates to £1.92–£2.52 per 100g, making premium organic syrup more accessible to health-conscious and flavour-driven shoppers.

Robert Ward, founder and partner at Pure Maple said, “At Pure Maple, we’re committed to delivering products that are both authentic and aligned with modern consumer values. Our new organic certification and refreshed branding reflect our dedication to quality, sustainability, and transparency, principles that are increasingly driving purchase decisions across the industry.”

Pure Maple’s updated branding reflects its commitment to quality, sustainability, and transparency, with a sleek, modern design rolling out across the organic syrup line and extending soon to its full product portfolio, including Organic Dairy Free Maple Butter Spread, Maple Cream Cookies and Salted Maple Popcorn.

With maple syrup demand in the UK projected to reach £92.52 million USD by 2028, Pure Maple is well positioned to meet surging consumer interest, particularly in darker, more robust flavour profiles now favoured by adventurous and health-conscious shoppers.
