Nestlé Cereals launches new on-pack Tokyo Games promotion

Nestlé Cereals has announced the launch of its new on-pack promotion and social media activations as part of its official partnership with ParalympicsGB.

The on-pack promotion will run across brands such as Shreddies, Cheerios, Nesquik, Shredded Wheat And Go Free, with the chance for families all over the UK to win hundreds of prizes including a treadmill, mini trampolines, city bikes, National Trust family memberships, Adidas vouchers and sport water bottles.

As a ‘Gold Partner’ the cereals expert will work with a selection of Paralympic athlete ambassadors in the run up to the Tokyo Summer Games – including Will Bayley, Kadeena Cox, Libby Clegg and Stef Reid – on activities and promotions to inspire inclusivity, promote an active lifestyle, and bring families together.

“Nestlé Cereals has always been committed to making a positive difference to people’s lives by encouraging a healthier lifestyle, and this partnership has given us the perfect opportunity to share ideas to improve the nation’s wellbeing beyond what is eaten at the breakfast table,” Toby Baker, regional marketing director UKA at Nestlé Cereals, said.

The partnership will also see the creation of unique stickers and filters featuring the ambassadors for fans to use to show their support for the British team during the Games, as well as to help to promote greater inclusivity across social media channels. In addition, the ambassadors will be taking over the Nestlé Cereals social channels as part of the ‘Tokyo Breakfast Club’ – sharing their favourite exercises, advice and highlights of their Paralympic journeys with followers.

Nestlé Cereals promotion with ParalympicsGB will be running on selected cereal packs and the Nestlé Cereals website from 23 July until 15 September, offering 550 prizes in total, with a final draw on 1 October.
