Maker’s Mark has announced the second annual release of Star Hill Farm Whisky, the brand’s first new mash bill and first wheat whisky in 70 years, with the 2026 edition set to launch in select UK retailers from 18th May 2026.

Following its debut in 2025, Star Hill Farm Whisky 2026 will return to the UK as part of a broader international rollout that also includes the United States, Australia, Japan and Duty Free. The release builds on the momentum of last year’s launch, which introduced the first expression under the Star Hill Farm label and marked a significant innovation milestone for the Maker’s Mark portfolio.

Named World’s Best Wheat Whisky 2026, the new edition continues to showcase the brand’s long-term investment in regenerative agriculture and flavour innovation. Produced at Star Hill Farm, home of the Maker’s Mark B-Corp Distillery, the whisky is designed as an annual release that evolves each year according to grain varietals, seasonal conditions and blending decisions.

“My grandparents built Maker’s Mark on the belief that when we invest in the land, it gives back in flavour,” said Rob Samuels, eighth-generation whisky maker and managing director of Maker’s Mark. “Star Hill Farm Whisky extends that vision by embracing ingredients sourced from regenerative agriculture. As a proud B Corp and Regenified-certified distillery, we’re helping to define leadership in sustainability for the industry, while working to make Star Hill Farm the most endearing, culturally rich and environmentally responsible homeplace in the world.”
