Franklin & Sons, known for its premium soft drinks, tonics, sodas, and mixers, has announced the launch of its new Yuzu Soda – tapping into the rapidly growing consumer appetite for exotic and fruity flavours.
Crafted around fresh yuzu juice, the soda combines the sharp yet sweet citrus notes of this exotic fruit with fresh water from the Lake District, carbonated to perfection to enhance both flavour and fragrance.
Designed with versatility in mind, Yuzu Soda can be enjoyed on its own over ice with a slice of citrus, or mixed with a variety of spirits, offering consumers a refreshing alternative in the soft drinks and mixers aisle.
The launch comes at a time when fruity, Asian-inspired flavours are experiencing a major surge. Yuzu flavours alone are valued at £1.8 million, having experienced a strong growth of +58.5 per cent year-on-year.
