DSL Group (Nottingham) Ltd, one of the UK’s leading suppliers to the convenience and forecourt sector, has announced the launch of DSL Connect – a new app designed to transform how independent retailers order, manage, and grow their in-store sales.

Built with a clear focus on simplicity, speed, and smarter decision-making, the group said DSL Connect will put control directly into the hands of retailers, enabling them to access promotions, place orders, and manage returns more efficiently.

The app has been developed to remove friction from the ordering process and provide retailers with the tools they need to maximise sales. Through the app, retailers can:

  • Browse and order the latest promotions in seconds
  • Quickly repeat previous orders
  • Access a curated range of best-selling products
  • Manage returns seamlessly against invoices
  • Stay fully informed on upcoming launches and opportunities

Beyond ordering, the platform is designed to support “smarter retailing” by simplifying access to high-performing lines and structured promotions, thereby enabling retailers to “make more confident buying decisions, improve stock availability, and increase basket spend.”

“Retailers are at the heart of our business. With DSL Connect, we are giving them a faster, smarter, and more efficient way to trade,” Karanbir Landa, Director at DSL Group, commented. “This isn’t just about placing orders – it’s about helping retailers make better decisions, reduce risk, and ultimately drive more sales in-store.”

DSL Group added that the launch of the app strengthens its commitment to supporting independent retailers while enhancing its field sales model.

The app works alongside DSL’s nationwide sales team, ensuring retailers benefit from both digital convenience and in-person expertise.

“We see DSL Connect as a major step forward in how our industry operates, combining technology with strong on-the-ground support to deliver real results,” Landa said.

The app is now being rolled out across DSL’s network of retailers, with further enhancements planned as part of an ongoing digital development programme.
