Cheez-It – the biggest “Large Sharing” NPD of the past four years, and on track to become a £20million brand in the UK, is rolling out its 120g PMP sharing format into symbol and independents, designed to meet growing demand for social and at-home snacking occasions.

They are available in two flavours: Double Cheese, which has delivered nearly £10million in sales to date, and Cheese and Chilli – a hot variant that caters to the nation’s growing appetite for spicy snacks. The launch offers retailers the opportunity to bolster their snack offering with a proven hit and the duo is also set to recruit incremental shoppers to the category, building on the existing 2.5million shoppers.


Hitting shelves from 21 July and backed by a £200k investment, the launch lands just in time for the peak summer snacking occasion; a golden window for retailers to tap into increased demand. Paired with the growing recognition of the Cheez-It brand and clear value offering, the 120g PMP format delivers the crunch consumers are craving (and sharing!) – whether that’s for a Big Night In occasion or simply upgrading their usual snack routine.

Cheez-It 120g £2 PMP will be available from 20 July in Bestway, Unitas, Parfetts, Sugro, Nisa & Spar
