Leading convenience sector analyst TWC Group today (Nov 26) announced that is delighted to announce that Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) has signed up to TWC Group's SmartView Convenience with immediate effect.
Meanwhile, wholesale giant Booker has renewed their subscription for a second year.
SmartView Convenience (SVC) is TWC Group's market read of independent convenience stores, launched in 2023 in partnership with In Touch Group. SVC has grown its customer base significantly since launch.
Colm Johnson, Retail Managing Director, Booker, was keen to point out that "SmartView Convenience is the most reflective market read for wholesaler supplied independent convenience stores in Great Britain and I am delighted to continue our subscription with TWC".
Sarah Coleman, recently promoted to Commercial Director at TWC Group, said, "I am delighted that CCEP and Booker has shown their trust and faith in the market read we have worked hard to build, to give wholesalers AND suppliers an accurate read of channel, fascia and category performance.
"We hope that other operators in the sector will see that when it comes to performance data in this sector, SmartView Convenience is the programme to invest in....and will deliver the best return on their investment.
"We can now also provide wholesalers and suppliers with location-specific data meaning suppliers can understand the impact of activation on a location by location basis.
"I am thrilled that one of the world's biggest FMCG companies has also joined SVC. We cant wait to work closely with the CCEP team, helping them find ways to grow category sales."
