- Premier Wine Festival: Runs for seven weeks from 22 July
- Budgens Wine & Cocktail Festival: Runs for seven weeks from 23 July
Booker is launching its annual Wine and Cocktail Festival across its symbol groups this summer – giving retailers access to exclusive promotions, exciting new product launches and strong value across some of the UK's fastest-growing drinks categories.
Running for seven weeks from 20 July, the festivals will offer shoppers outstanding value. The Premier Wine Festival will focus exclusively on wine, while Londis and Budgens retailers will benefit from an expanded Cocktail Festival too, capitalising on growing consumer demand for convenient at-home serves during the summer season.
Wine Festival
The Wine Festival features a carefully curated range designed to deliver a compelling Good, Better, Best offering across a variety of price points.
Retailers will have access to bestselling brands including McGuigan, Echo Falls, Hardys VR, Barefoot, Blossom Hill, Jam Shed, Casillero del Diablo and Trivento Reserve, supported by strong multi-buy promotions that offer excellent value for shoppers while helping retailers maximise sales.
The festival also showcases a number of premium and exclusive products, including Group Exclusives and First to Market launches such as Wairau Cove, alongside premium favourites including Kylie Rosé, Brancott Estate Flight Sauvignon Blanc, Porta 6 Lisboa Red and Alamos City Malbec.
Also featured is All Good Things Shiraz, which was recently awarded a Silver Medal at the 2026 International Wine & Spirit Competition (IWSC). The wine has also been recommended by wine expert and TV personality Olly Smith, further reinforcing its quality credentials and giving retailers another standout product to offer shoppers.
Reflecting changing shopper behaviour, Booker has strengthened its premium offering as more consumers choose to "drink less but drink better". The festival also highlights growing trends including flavoured wines, rosé and convenient canned formats, with products such as Echo Falls Blue Raspberry, Wairau Cove Sauvignon Blanc cans and La Vieille Ferme Rosé available throughout the promotion.
Cocktail Festival
Alongside the Wine Festival, Londis and Budgens retailers will also benefit from a dedicated Cocktail Festival, helping stores tap into increasing demand for premium cocktails enjoyed at home.
The festival features a wide range of ready-to-drink cocktails, spirits and cocktail essentials, offering shoppers an easy way to recreate bar-quality drinks for entertaining and summer occasions.
With exclusive products, value-driven promotions and on-trend innovation, the festivals have been designed to help retailers grow sales across key drinks categories.
"Our Wine and Cocktail Festivals continue to give retailers an excellent opportunity to drive footfall and increase basket spend during the busy summer trading period,” said Martyn Parkinson, Retail Sales Director. “By combining great value promotions with exciting innovation and exclusive products, we're helping our retailers offer shoppers an outstanding drinks range that caters for every occasion."
James Davis, Head of Wine at Booker, said: “We've built this year's Wine Festival around quality, choice and innovation. Alongside well-loved bestselling brands, we've introduced a number of exclusive and premium wines, including exciting first-to-market launches and award-winning products. It's a range that gives retailers confidence they're offering shoppers exceptional value alongside exciting new wines they'll want to try.”
