Booker is helping independent retailers prepare for a successful autumn trading period with its Autumn 2026 New Product Development (NPD) Guide, alongside a programme of seasonal promotions, product launches and dedicated point of sale support designed to help retailers maximise sales opportunities throughout the season.
The Autumn 2026 NPD Guide showcases more than 160 new lines, including eight Booker Group exclusives and 11 first-to-market products.
Covering impulse, grocery, alcohol and fresh, the guide highlights the latest products and trends to help retailers respond to changing shopper habits and demand for value, convenience and innovation, while driving footfall, increasing basket spend and attracting shoppers throughout autumn.
Halloween is a key focus of the autumn programme, with Booker supporting retailers across its Premier, Londis, Budgens and Family Shopper symbol groups with value-led promotions, seasonal ranges and dedicated POS materials designed to create in-store theatre throughout October.
With Halloween continuing to grow in popularity, local convenience stores play an important role in meeting demand for trick-or-treat sweets, sharing bags, party essentials and last-minute purchases.
Booker’s seasonal programme includes key promotional products across confectionery, snacks, soft drinks and alcohol, as well as healthier options and fresh, convenient solutions for shoppers looking for a quick “meal for tonight”, helping retailers meet a wider range of missions and make the most of increased seasonal demand.
Booker Group exclusives include Kinder Crispy Multipack, McVitie’s Digestives Mint Club, Fox’s Chocolatey Indulgent Creams Matcha, Thatcher’s Apple & Blackcurrant and new Mentos flavours. First-to-market launches include Reese’s Caramel Bar, Red Bull Glacier x4 and Mountain Dew Pitch Black.
Martyn Parkinson, Retail Sales Director at Booker, said: “Our Autumn 2026 NPD Guide is packed with exciting new products to help retailers make the most of the season’s biggest opportunities.
"From Halloween favourites and innovative confectionery to premium drinks, fresh products and convenient meal solutions, we’ve brought together a fantastic range of exclusive and first-to-market products to help retailers excite shoppers, drive footfall and maximise sales this season.”
The Autumn 2026 NPD Guide will be available to all Booker symbol group retailers, with printed copies launching alongside POS kits during the week commencing 23 September 2026. The guide will also be available online from early September at www.booker.co.uk.
Delivered customers have also been able to pre-order a wide range of Halloween products through Booker's Winter Pre-Sell programme, helping them prepare for seasonal demand and maximise sales opportunities in the lead-up to 31 October.
