Organic food supplier Biona has launched a trio of new spelt breakfast cereals. All three products tap into the current trend for minimally processed, organic breakfast options, and are available to retailers now.
Biona’s organic Crispy Spelt Flakes which are made from 100% whole organic spelt and nothing else, toasted for a light, crispy texture and naturally high in fibre and wholegrain, with no added sugar, salt or additives. Spelt Puffs are made with just one ingredient – 100% organic puffed spelt, are naturally high in fibre and wholegrain, with no added sugar, salt or processing, and HFSS-compliant. Organic Honey Spelt Puffs adds honey for a gently sweet, fibre-rich start to the day with no added sugar or syrups.
