Premium Swiss alcohol-free aperitif brand Bel Nada has appointed Freed Distribution as its UK distributor, marking a major step in the brand’s plans to grow its presence across the UK on trade, hospitality, and retail markets.

The partnership will see Bel Nada join The Freed From Collection, a curated portfolio of non-alcoholic wines, spirits and beverages selected following an extensive three-year global search for exceptional drinks.

More than 9,000 drinks from over 2,300 producers across 57 countries have been considered by Freed From, with fewer than four per cent achieving Made the Grade, the classification required before products are considered for inclusion in its collection.

Bel Nada will now be brought to UK trade buyers through Freed Distribution, the UK distribution company within the Freed From Group of Companies, which officially launches on 7 September 2026.

The appointment follows Bel Nada’s recent arrival in the UK and represents an important next stage for the Swiss born brand as it looks to build distribution and establish itself within the growing premium alcohol-free category. Created by founder Rebecca Coombe, Bel Nada was born from her own journey of becoming sober curious and a frustration with the lack of elevated alcohol-free options available in Switzerland.

Inspired by the landscapes of the Swiss Alps and the ritual of European apéro culture, Bel Nada spent more than 18 months working with award winning Swiss drinks developers to create a collection designed to offer the flavour, complexity and sophistication traditionally associated with premium alcoholic aperitifs.

“Being selected by Freed From is a huge moment for Bel Nada,” said Rebecca Coombe, founder of Bel Nada. “To have all three of our expressions Made The Grade after such a rigorous global search is an incredible validation of what we’ve built in Switzerland.”
