Zyn introduces new extra-low 1.5mg strength

Philip Morris Limited (PML), the UK and Ireland affiliate of Philip Morris International (PMI), has added two new flavours, Spearmint and Apple Mint, two its leading nicotine pouch brand Zyn, along with a new 1.5mg strength pouch.

The brand has also got a new look and feel, with Zyn nicotine pouches now featuring a sleek, modern design that reflects the brand’s premium quality, with clearer labelling to help users navigate the different strengths and pouch formats.


For existing nicotine users looking to try nicotine pouches, the Zyn portfolio now includes the extra-low 1.5mg strength (easily sign-posted with a gold flash on the label). The portfolio also includes updated strengths and names for Icy Blackcurrant 12.5mg and Icy Mint 12.5mg – now Blackcurrant Frost 13.5mg and Icy Menthol 13.5mg. Chili Guava and Espressino have also been renamed - now known as Guava Spice and Coffee respectively.

PML said the two brand new flavours will meet the top taste preferences for UK adult nicotine pouches users. This includes Spearmint in 1.5mg, 3mg, and 6mg, and Apple Mint in 3mg and 6mg, while adding a higher strength variant of its popular flavour Citrus – now available in 3mg.

The rebranded ZYN portfolio, new flavours and strength levels are available now on PML’s digital trade engagement platform HEATWAVE OPEN with increasing availability in wholesale channels throughout the coming months.
