Zaytoun adds Smoked Almonds to festive range

Zaytoun, the social enterprise founded to support farmers and producers in Palestine, has launched a new addition to its festive range of roasted almonds, Smoked Almonds.

Sourced from almond groves around the ancient villages that surround Jenin, Zaytoun’s large creamy ‘Om Al-Fahem’ almonds are harvested by hand. Delicious raw, Zaytoun has also created two popular flavoured varieties – one with a chilli kick, and the other with a caramelised crunch.

Now there’s a third flavour on the block, Smoked Almonds, with the same unmistakable crunch as all of its almonds, this time slowly roasted and gently tumbled in a smoke seasoning to create another temptingly moreish snack.

The Smoked Almonds are Fairtrade certified and come in a 140g pack, elegantly designed to fit alongside the others in the range.  RRP £6.50

Zaytoun’s year- round range includes Medjoul dates, za’atar, giant couscous maftoul, green wheat freekeh, and speciality almonds. They have also recently launched a skin care range including olive oil soap from Nablus and a bath salt from the only Palestinian producer on the Dead Sea.
