YAZOO launches new retailer competition offering free flights

YAZOO launches new retailer competition offering free flights

Leading flavoured milk brand YAZOO has launched a brand-new out-of-home competition that takes its retailers to new heights (literally!).

Kicking off this week (from 29 July) and running until 13 October, retailers across the UK can enter to be in with a chance of winning seriously refreshing prizes. Five lucky winners will receive flight and hotel credit, whilst 200 winners will enjoy five free cases of YAZOO stock .

The competition forms part of the roll-out of YAZOO’s new £1.29 PMP 400ml, that will be phased in from July onwards to replace the existing £1.49 PMP offering.

Retailers simply need to purchase any four cases of YAZOO 400ml PMP or YAZOO Thick N’ Creamy 300ml standard packs. After purchasing, they can then enter the competition by scanning the QR code on the YAZOO competition POS sited in Booker, Bestway and Unitas depots, entering their details, and providing proof of purchase.

Retailers can enter as many times as they like, increasing their chances of winning with each new receipt.

YAZOO has also committed a substantial £150,000 to marketing support for this competition in the form of striking, in-depot POS as well as POS kits, van sales, enhanced wholesaler website presence and Shopt in-app advertising, ensuring robust visibility online and in-store for maximum engagement.

“Wholesale has always been our heartland here at YAZOO, and we are thrilled to be able to give something back with these incredible prizes,” Gabriella Sudall, marketing manager at FrieslandCampina, said.

“Our core 400ml PMP SKU, which is comprised of Chocolate, Strawberry, Banana, and Vanilla performs exceptionally well across out of home channels, as it’s perfectly positioned to cater to the growing food-to-go mission. We’re delighted to be launching this competition in tandem with this popular SKU, at £1.29 as part of our commitment to everyday affordability – it’s just one of the ways of saying thank you to our loyal retail partners.

“We've invested significantly in growing the YAZOO brand this year, with a £6 million ATL investment underscoring our dedication to driving market presence and consumer engagement and this competition is a natural extension of our efforts, designed to boost retailer participation and enthusiasm around our latest product offering. Don’t miss the chance to win big with YAZOO!”
