A new ready-to-drink (RTD) concept is landing in UK convenience stores ahead of the summer, as Scottish drinks firm Young Spirits rolls out its VOGO premixed vodka shots in portable pouch format.

Straddling the fast-growing shots and RTD categories, the VOGO range features fruit-flavoured vodka-based drinks in four variants: Strawberry Splash, Tropical Deluxe, Raspberry Blast and Citrus Zing. Each 35ml single-serve pouch carries an ABV of 15% and an RRP of £1.85, positioning it as an accessible, impulse-friendly option for shoppers.


Designed with on-the-go consumption in mind, the ‘rip and sip’ pouches aim to appeal to 20- to 35-year-olds seeking convenience and portability. The slimline, leak-proof packs can be easily carried in small personal items, while their handbag-inspired design and bright colourways are intended to stand out in-store and resonate with fashion-conscious consumers.

For retailers, the range is supplied in shelf-ready packaging (SRP) of 10 units, enabling flexible merchandising across chillers or at the till for last-minute purchases. The compact format also supports space efficiency, while bold on-pack signposting of flavour and alcohol content enhances visibility.

To support launch, VOGO is offering a starter pack of 40 pouches, alongside branded point-of-sale materials including fridge stickers and clip strips. The brand is also set to benefit from a programme of PR, social media and trade-focused marketing investment throughout 2026.
