Vimto heats up squash with limited-edition ‘Winter Warmer’

Vimto is bringing back the seasonal limited-edition squash flavour “Winter Warmer” for the winter months. Available across the off-trade in a 725ml bottle format, Winter Warmer is on-shelf now until the end of January 2022, whilst stocks last.

Vimto Winter Warmer squash is back by popular demand for 2021 after being reintroduced in 2020 and offers a seasonal twist and a hot drink option to consumers over the colder months.

Extending the squash season outside of the core spring and summer months, Vimto Winter Warmer squash delivers a unique blend of fruits, herbs and spices, infused with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove – providing that “hug in a mug” feeling when enjoyed warm.

This year’s limited-edition also sees the introduction of the new vitamin C & D fortification, following the successful introduction across the wider portfolio in March 2021. Vitamins C & D are essential nutrients that maintain healthy bones, cartilage, blood vessels and cells, and Public Health England endorse a daily supplement of Vitamin D , particularly for children, so the fortification of Vitamin D aims to make healthier choices easier, especially for parents.

“We are incredibly excited to be re-introducing our seasonal limited-edition Vimto Winter Warmer squash, to help drive category value outside of the core season,” said Vimto Senior Brand Manager, Becky Unwin. “This year, our squash will also be fortified with both Vitamins C and D and is perfectly placed to deliver those warming and comforting flavours that are ideal during the winter months. Vimto is a brand that consumers love and trust to deliver on quality and taste, so we’re thrilled to be relaunching it and continuing to excite customers with our bold and playful flavours.”
