Unitas Wholesale offers upgraded ‘Plan for Profit’ to retailers

Plan for Profit, the award winning retail initiative from Unitas Wholesale, has introduced some exciting updates to its website, giving independent retailers even more ways to ‘Plan for Profit’.

First launched in 2012, Plan for Profit has continued to grow, offering independent retailers free business boosting advice in the form of core range guidance, planograms, category insights, NPD, legislation updates and useful tools such as its popular profit-on-return calculator.

Retailers can now access Plan for Profit guidance online at www.planforprofit.co.uk, via the app available in both the Apple and Google Play store, or via printed brochures available in selected Unitas Wholesale depots nationwide.

The website updates introduced at the end of 2021 include a new planogram layout, making these free industry leading plans now even easier to navigate and view online. Retailers can search for their chosen store planogram by region, product type and shelf size, with options to print and download.

The website has also welcomed a brand new category insights section where retailers can discover top tips on how to get the most out of key product categories, seasonal events and shopper missions with the very latest insights and market data from Plan for Profit and its supplier partners.

Finally the introduction of a new search facility has made finding information on brands, products or key seasonal activities as easy as one click.

These are just some of the ways Plan for Profit is committed to continually developing and improving this leading retail initiative, providing addition support to Unitas Wholesale members and their retailer customers.
