Speciality Food & Drink Show to serve up best of Scottish, artisan produce

Scotland’s most anticipated trade event for gourmet food and drink returns to the SEC, Glasgow, from January 18–20 January 2026, alongside Scotland’s Trade Fair. With its wide range of exhibitors this promises to be a delicious showcase of some of the best producers in Scotland and beyond.

Some 130 hand-picked producers will present a mouth-watering selection of products, from award-winning cheeses and spirits to traditional preserves and the finest confectionery. Among many innovative producers new to the January Show are MacKays, The River Tweed Whisky Company, Sir Woofchester’s, and Victus Emporium.

This is an essential buying event for delicatessens, farm shops, food halls, independent retailers, hospitality buyers, and distributors looking to refresh their offering early in 2026.

“Scotland is renowned for the quality and provenance of its food and drink,” said Mark Saunders, Show Director and CEO of Springboard Events. “This show is about celebrating that excellence while giving buyers direct access to the creators behind the products. It's where connections are made, trends are discovered, and the next big thing in fine food often makes its debut.”

Taking place at the SEC in the heart of Glasgow, a good selection of the exhibitors will be new, including a vibrant Launch Gallery for emerging talent. Regional produce will be celebrated in specially curated stands.

Held in conjunction with Scotland’s Trade Fair, this event offers a one-stop shop for retailers.

Scotland’s Speciality Food & Drink Show 2026 is free to attend for registered trade buyers. Exhibitor applications are now open, and visitor registration will open soon. Please visit: www.scotlandstradefairs.com
