Sarakan has unveiled a refreshed packaging design across its natural oral care range, introducing a contemporary new look developed to strengthen shelf appeal and support shopper navigation within the oral care category.
The redesign includes updated packaging across Sarakan Toothpaste and Sarakan Mouthwash and forms part of ongoing investment in the brand.
Powered by Salvadora persica extract – commonly known as the toothbrush tree – Sarakan has provided consumers with a natural oral care alternative for more than 30 years. Traditionally used for oral hygiene, the ingredient remains at the heart of the brand's distinctive proposition and has helped establish Sarakan as a trusted choice among consumers seeking naturally inspired oral care solutions and SLS-free toothpaste.
As demand for natural healthcare products continues to grow, research shows that 53% of consumers would like more OTC options made with natural ingredients*. Reflecting this shift in consumer preferences, the refreshed packaging modernises the range while retaining Sarakan's position as a trusted natural oral care brand.
Developed to improve visibility both in-store and online, the redesign will help consumers to easily identify products across the portfolio, within an increasingly competitive oral care fixture.
“Sarakan has a unique heritage within the oral care category, with Salvadora persica extract remaining central to the brand's identity,” said Emily Garfield, Product Manager at Lanes Health. “This refresh reflects our commitment to evolving the brand for today's consumers whilst retaining the qualities that have helped Sarakan build trust and recognition over the years.
“This updated design offers a more modern appearance and will help consumers to navigate our products more easily. For our pharmacy and retail partners, strong shelf presence remains essential, and this refresh ensures Sarakan continues to stand out whilst remaining true to its herbal roots.”
