Reese’s launches new Fast Break bar into convenience

Reese’s launches new Fast Break bar into convenience

Reese’s is expanding its UK portfolio with the launch of Reese’s Fast Break bar, a delicious combination of chewy nougat and the iconic peanut butter, wrapped in a smooth milk chocolate-flavour coating.

The brand said the introduction of the Fast Break bar gives retailers additional variety and an opportunity to grow sales of the highest value chocolate segment within Symbols & Independents (S&I). Reese’s Fast Break bar introduces a fresh twist to traditional chocolate bars by blending soft nougat with its signature peanut butter. As consumer interest in innovative flavours grows, Reese’s encourages customers to discover this irresistible combination and experiment with something new.

The Reese’s brand is one of the fastest growing brands in the S&I sector with sales increasing 25 per cent in the last year [Circana, 52 w/e 07.07.24]. With Reese’s confectionery singles growing ahead of the category, the brand said Fast Break bar should be considered a ‘must stock’, merchandised alongside the brand’s other ‘Single’ bars.

“We are excited to bring the Reese’s Fast Break bar to the UK, offering a new way to enjoy the beloved combination of peanut butter and chocolate flavours, now enhanced with soft nougat,” Jackson Hitchon, general manager of Europe and World Travel Retail at The Hershey Company, commented.

“At Hershey, we pride ourselves on delivering innovative, delicious products that meet evolving consumer tastes. Our Reese’s Fast Break bar is perfect for UK consumers seeking both indulgence and on-the-go convenience.”

Reese’s Fast Break bar (51g) is available in all major wholesalers and independent retail stores across the UK. RRP £1.15.
