PayPoint strengthens NoteMachine partnership

PayPoint has expanded its partnership with NoteMachine – a Brink’s Company to provide full engineering support across its estate of more than 3,000 ATMs across the UK.

The collaboration, which builds on a relationship first established in 2024, will see NoteMachine deliver both first- and second-line engineering support, covering everything from diagnostics to field maintenance. The move is aimed at ensuring consistent uptime and reliability for PayPoint’s national ATM network, which plays a vital role in providing access to cash for communities and local retailers.


“We understand how vital ATMs are as a source of cash for communities across the UK, particularly in areas where access to banking services is limited,” Anthony Sappor, retail proposition & partnerships director at PayPoint, said.

NoteMachine’s engineering team will provide nationwide coverage and rapid-response servicing, supporting PayPoint’s focus on dependability and efficiency across its estate.
