Following last year’s partnership with Transformers: Rise of the Beasts movie, Golden Wonder has teamed up again with Paramount Pictures for the release of the new movie Transformers One.
Transformers One, in cinemas October 11, is the untold origin story of Optimus Prime and Megatron, better known as sworn enemies, but once were friends bonded like brothers who changed the fate of Cybertron forever. In the first-ever fully CG-animated Transformers movie, Transformers One features a star-studded voice cast, including Chris Hemsworth, Brian Tyree Henry, Scarlett Johansson, Keegan-Michael Key, Steve Buscemi with Laurence Fishburne and Jon Hamm.
The on-pack promotion, running across five million packs of Golden Wonder Transform-A-Snack, gives consumers the chance to win a family trip to Orlando plus free theme park entry. Packs also offer chances to win runner-up prizes including unique Transformers One merchandise and more.
“Generations have grown up making cars from tasty Transform-a-Snack and so teaming up again with the Transformers franchise is the perfect partnership. Transform-A-Snack is currently outperforming the market (+18 per cent vs +seven per cent) and we expect this promotion to continue this strong growth,” said Marketing Director Matt Smith.
With Transformers One landing in cinemas on October 11, promotional packs are available now with the promotion running until end of October. The campaign will be supported across digital and social together with a strong trade plan including shippers and Cash & Carry activity.
