Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages UK has unveiled a new range of functional soft drinks aimed at meeting growing demand for healthier, benefit-led refreshment.

The Inspired by Buxton Peak range combines natural fruit flavours with added vitamins and minerals, offering what the company describes as an accessible way for shoppers to support everyday wellbeing without compromising on taste. Each 400ml bottle is low in sugar and calories, and contains no preservatives.

The launch includes three variants, each positioned around a specific functional benefit. FOCUS blends lemon and mint flavours with vitamin B6, magnesium and added caffeine to support alertness, while IMMUNO features grapefruit flavour with ginseng, zinc and vitamin B6 to support the immune system. RECHARGE, meanwhile, combines blackberry and açaí flavours with vitamins B3, B6 and B12 and magnesium, targeting fatigue reduction.

The move comes as functional flavoured waters continue to gain traction, with shoppers increasingly seeking drinks that align with busy lifestyles while delivering added health benefits.

Warren Plaskett, head of marketing at Nestlé Waters & Premium Beverages UK, said the launch reflects a shift in consumer expectations. “Today, people are taking a far more proactive approach to wellbeing – and that’s changing what they expect from the drinks they choose. They want options that taste great, while delivering added benefits that fit seamlessly into busy, everyday lives,” he said.

“Addressing that shift, Inspired by Buxton Peak brings a simple, accessible functional range to the UK. It pairs refreshing natural fruit flavours with added vitamins and minerals designed to support different areas.”

The range will be available via Amazon and Ocado, as well as across a wide range of convenience and travel retail outlets, including Co-op, WHSmith, Booths, One Stop, Whistlestop, Café Local and Urban Express, alongside forecourt operators such as Moto, Welcome Break and Harvest Energy.
