Mevalco, the home of fine Spanish foods, has unveiled NOVO by O-MED to retailer customers - a rare, limited-edition extra virgin olive oil that captures the spirit of Spain’s olive harvest in its purest form.
Produced in Granada, Andalusia, and crafted exclusively from 100 per cent Picual olives, NOVO is pressed on the very first day of harvest – when the olives are at their most vibrant and full of vitality.
This early harvest precision creates an oil of remarkable intensity and freshness, with an extraordinary emerald-green hue and elevated levels of chlorophyll and polyphenols.
Each autumn, the arrival of the first press of extra virgin olive oil is one of the most anticipated moments in Spain’s gastronomic calendar.
