LAIBA Beverages is launching the "Special Edition" collection - a new line of limited edition bottled cocktails made in collaboration with the world's best mixologists. The first Special Edition #01 has been created by world-renowned bartender, Maxim Schulte, formerly of The American Bar at The Savoy and currently the head bartender at KOL Mezcaleria, London.
Maxim Schulte met Alexander Petersen, CEO and Co-Founder of LAIBA Beverages, during a trip to Bangkok, when he was shaking up some drinks for friends. Maxim had never tried a bottled cocktail before and thought it would not be possible to replicate freshly-made bar quality cocktails, but he was deeply impressed. He started to think about a twist on two classic cocktails that he could create for LAIBA Beverages and their collaboration has led to the very first Special Edition collection.
This limited edition six-bottle cocktail set includes three bottles of both the Oriental Reviver and the Piña Colada Old-Fashioned, a twist on two of Maxim Schulte’s favourite classic cocktail recipes. The cocktails offer trade and consumers high quality bottled cocktails, made sustainably with natural, fresh ingredients and no artificial additives.
Maxim Schulte, says: “My LAIBA Special Edition reflects my experience previously in Bangkok, Hong Kong and Macau, really showcasing Asian flavours and what they can do in a cocktail.”
