Les Brioches steps up production to meet demand

Les Brioches said it has stepped up production to help retailers meet the “unprecedented challenges with stock and demand” caused by the COVID-19 crisis.

Long-lasting ambient products offer an alternative to fresh and frozen, the brand noted, adding that its bakery is now baking at full capacity in order to give retailers and consumers confidence of supply.

“Our plain Brioche Rolls have been much in demand as they can be used by customers for any bread occasion, and stay fresh for 45-days,” said Charlotte Hulbert Retail Sales Manager.

“Customers have also been buying Brioche Rolls with Chocolate Chips as a sweet treat. We are working hard to increase supplies of these products.”
