    Graham Fewkes appointed Carlsberg Marston’s chairman

    Carlsberg Marston’s Brewing Company (CMBC) has announced the appointment of Graham Fewkes as its chairman.

    Currently serving as the executive vice president for Western Europe at Carlsberg Group, Fewkes will replace Ralph Findlay who will be moving to C&C Group as its chairman in March next year.

    Findlay played a pivotal role in forming the joint venture between Carlsberg UK and independent brewing and pub retailing business Marston’s last year.

    CMBC also announced the appointment of Andrew Andrea, CFO of Marston’s PLC, to its board as he is set to succeed Findlay as Marston’s PLC chief executive on 2 October.

    Fewkes has held senior commercial roles for Carlsberg in Asia, having joined the company from Scottish and Newcastle in 2008.
