    Fruit juice brand Mogu Mogu secures listing at EG Group stores

    Mogu Mogu, the drink ‘You Gotta Chew’, has been launched in 500 EG Group forecourts across the UK this month, after experiencing exponential growth over the past 18 months.

    The drink, which combines exotic fruit flavors with sumptuous pieces of nata de coco (coconut jelly), has become a break-out brand in the edible drinks category, with massive appeal amongst Millennials and Gen Z.

    The brand said the expansion into EG branded Asda On The Move convenience stores will provide consumers with greater accessibility to itsunique flavours and textures, initially launching with four flavours, Lychee, Mango, Grape & Blackcurrant.

    The brand has also secured listing and going live this month in WH Smith stores nationwide.

    “Our growth in the first quarter of 2023 has been phenomenal, and we believe this expansion will only increase our reach and appeal among consumers. We look forward to providing even more people with the opportunity to try this delicious and unique drink,” said Sunny Chadha from ASCO Foods Ltd, Mogu Mogu’s UK&I exclusive distributor.

    Mogu Mogu has already established itself as a firm favourite among consumers, with 10 million bottles already sold in Q1 2023, almost matching in three months the 11 million bottles sold in 2022.

    The brand’s social media presence has played a significant role in its success, with reels on its TikTok page regularly hitting one million views.

    As well as EG, Mogu Mogu is currently available in major retailers such as Asda and Sainsbury’s, as well as major cash &carrys such as Booker, Costco, Dhamecha and Parfetts.
