New flavoured oils for that finishing touch from GOOD PHATS

GOOD PHATS launches new flavoured oils for finishing dishes

Olive oil brand GOOD PHATS has added four flavoured finishing oils to its range: Chilli, Lemon, Garlic and Basil. Made using GOOD PHATS premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil and presented in the brand's signature squeezy bottle, the premium range will be launching nationwide from July. It will also be available to independents via wholesalers over the coming months.

Unlike traditional flavoured oils, GOOD PHATS oils are co-pressed with fresh ingredients at source. Whole lemons, chillies, garlic & basil are crushed together with the olives during the pressing process, delivering a more authentic and intense flavour profile compared to oils where flavourings are added post-production.


“The GOOD PHATS goal is to redefine the oil aisle and put the right fats back at the heart of every kitchen,” said Founder Tom Redwood. “Social media has changed how people interact with oil in the kitchen. When you’re watching someone finish a dish on screen, a squeezy bottle performs better than fumbling with a glass bottle but the liquid has always come first for us.”
