EG On The Move today (May 1) announces the acquisition of MPK Garages Ltd, a leading independent petrol forecourt operator ranked among the UK’s Top 50 Indies.
The acquisition will significantly strengthens EG On The Move's national footprint, with particular expansion across the Midlands, enhancing accessibility and service coverage.
On completion, with the inclusion of the MPK site assets, the network will be edging towards 200 sites across the UK.
The transaction involves the acquisition of MPK Garages Limited, comprising a portfolio of 27 petrol forecourt sites. The majority of the sites are freehold and operate under Valero, Texaco, and Gulf fuel brands, with Nisa-branded retail stores.
This acquisition creates an opportunity for us to expand fast EV charging and provide local businesses with competitive fuel card options for their fleets through EV On The Move and EG OTM Fuel Card, respectively.
