Disaronno Group, a diversified multinational operating across nearly 160 countries with three divisions (Spirits, Wines and Ingredients), more than 800 employees and annual revenues of €370 million, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Amaro Averna and Zedda Piras from Campari Group.
The transaction, first agreed in December 2025, was closed on 28 May 2026.
“This acquisition is an important milestone in our growth strategy,” said Marco Ferrari, CEO of Disaronno Group. “It allows us to strengthen our international portfolio and reinforces our presence in key markets — the United States, Germany and Italy — through Amaro Averna. For Zedda Piras, our priority is to consolidate and grow its footprint in the Italian market.”
The closing follows the Group’s recent rebranding last month from Ilva Saronno Holding to Disaronno Group, a move designed to reinforce its global positioning.
