Country Choice has unveiled its 2026 Christmas range which includes new hot food, bakery, savoury and sweet seasonal products to help retailers maximise increased footfall and basket spend over the Christmas period.
New bakery and sweet treat additions include The Mini Iced Christmas Fruit Cake made with vine fruits, glacé cherries, and festive spices, hand topped with icing and an edible holly leaf; the Rudolph Shortbread Biscuit which consists of mixed fruit jam sandwiched between two Rudolph‑shaped shortbread biscuits; a Gingerbread Muffin with a ginger sauce centre and a gingerbread man decoration, and an Iced Gingerbread Christmas Tree, a colourful gingerbread biscuit finished with sugar beans, icing and sprinkles. Also new to the sweet range is a delicious Christmas Pudding Cupcake featuring chocolate flavour sponge cake topped with chocolate flavoured fondant with a drizzle of white icing and an edible holly decoration. These new additions join returning favourites such as the Chocolate Yule Cake and Gingerbread Reindeer.
New to pastry is a Caramelised Onion & Camembert Lattice that combines creamy camembert with caramelised red onion chutney in a golden puff pastry lattice. And there are two festive additions to the Savour It bake in pack range – a Christmas Dinner Wrap made with cooked Cumberland sausages, chicken breast, smoked streaky bacon, sage and onion gravy stuffing and cranberry sauce in a wheat flour tortilla. Completing the range of new pastry products is a Brie & Cranberry Toastie featuring white bloomer bread filled with cranberry and white sauce with mature Cheddar cheese and sliced Brie, all topped with a white sauce, dried cranberries and Cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
New to the hot food category are a Christmas Turkey Burger, Christmas Cauliflower, Kale & Cheddar Burger, Christmas Quorn Burger, a Cranberry Mac n Cheese, Festive Mac n Cheese with Pulled Turkey & Cranberry, Christmas Turkey Wrap, Christmas Cauliflower, Kale & Cheddar Wrap, Christmas Quorn Wrap, Pigs in Blankets Box and a six‑piece Mac n Cheese Bites offering.
