A convenience store with a post office, a butchers, and a bakery are among the 11 retail spaces that are available for sale in Hampshire.

Across the county, a range of businesses have been put up for sale on property website Rightmove, which also has retail spaces ranging from £20,000 to £400,000 in places including Southampton, Farnborough, Fareham and Eastleigh.

Properties are either freehold or leasehold with many coming with businesses that are already up and running.

As per local reports, the newly fitted store along with the post office is located on a small shopping parade on a main road in Southampton. The store is currently trading at around £11,000 per week and the post office brings in an additional £600 a month, said the report.

Reed News in Portsmouth is also available along with two stores of Ink Planet in Eastleigh and Havant and a bakery between Portsmouth and Southampton, as per the report.
