Coca-Cola brings festive magic to stores with ICEHOTEL trip giveaway

Coca-Cola offers ICEHOTEL Sweden trip and festive prizes in new Christmas campaign

Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is helping shoppers get into the Christmas spirit with a new on-pack promotion offering the chance to win a trip to Sweden’s world-famous ICEHOTEL – alongside thousands of festive prizes.

Running until 31 December, the promotion appears across selected packs of Coca-Cola Original Taste and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, including 500ml bottles (both PMP and non-PMP), 1.25L, 1.75L and 2L bottles, as well as multipacks of 330ml cans (8-, 24- and 30-packs).


Shoppers can enter by scanning QR codes on promotional packs to access the Coca-Cola App. Eight winners will each enjoy a three-night trip for two to the ICEHOTEL in Kiruna, Swedish Lapland – a unique structure rebuilt every year from ice harvested from the Torne River. The trip includes a stay in a deluxe ice suite, a private snowmobile tour to chase the Northern Lights, a forest dinner in a rustic cabin, the Jukkasjärvi Private Sauna Ritual, and a three-course meal celebrating local delicacies.

Thousands of instant-win prizes are also available, ranging from dining-out vouchers to exclusive Coca-Cola Christmas merchandise – including festive scarves, branded socks, and Christmas baubles in Coca-Cola’s signature red, white, silver and black.

The campaign forms part of Coca-Cola’s wider seasonal activity celebrating its long-standing connection with Christmas and aims to drive excitement and sales in-store. Convenience retailers can download free POS materials via MyCCEP.com to help boost visibility and create festive theatre in store.

“Coca-Cola has always been about bringing people together and creating uplifting moments of joy, and that’s never felt more special than at Christmas. This campaign captures that spirit perfectly,” Rob Yeomans, Vice-President Commercial Development at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners GB, said.

“From giving eight lucky winners a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Sweden’s ICEHOTEL to sharing thousands of prizes that can be enjoyed with family and friends, it’s all about spreading joy and helping our brand fans bring even more magic to the season.”

He added that retailers can maximise the opportunity by keeping impulse zones well-stocked with festive packs and using POS materials to build visibility and drive seasonal sales.
