Co-op has partnered with digital commerce data specialist eStoreBrands to launch a new analytics platform giving suppliers access to the retailer’s quick commerce data.

Co-op Catalyst will provide suppliers with access to Co-op’s own Q-commerce data across coop.co.uk and its delivery aggregator partners, allowing them to track product performance, search positioning and store-level availability.

The platform is designed to give suppliers access to the same data used by Co-op’s category teams, enabling them to make recommendations around ranging, availability and other aspects of category management.

The move comes as Co-op continues to expand its quick commerce operation, supported by its network of around 2,300 convenience stores and partnerships with delivery aggregators.

Co-op said its Q-commerce operation now has around 90 per cent UK reach, with orders picked from local stores and delivered to customers.

Francis Nicholas, VP Product Strategy at eStoreBrands, said suppliers had been missing access to retailer-level insight into the fast-growing channel.

“Quick commerce is one of the fastest growing channels in digital retail, and Co-op Catalyst gives suppliers the retailer's own view of it, which site monitoring alone cannot provide,” he said.

Kate McCrae, Operations and QCommerce Director at Co-op, said deeper data sharing would help Co-op, its suppliers and partners identify opportunities to serve shoppers and members.

“Co-op Catalyst will help unlock this channel, enabling suppliers to apply core Category Management principles to up-to-date data and recommend actions that accelerate growth for both their brands and Co-op,” she said.

Co-op Catalyst is due to open to suppliers later in 2026. Suppliers can register their interest with eStoreBrands.
