Cadbury reintroduces its festive Secret Santa Postal Service

Cadbury is once again running its award-winning Secret Santa Postal Service this year, offering consumers the opportunity to send someone a free bar of Cadbury chocolate in the leadup to Christmas.

The Cadbury Secret Santa Postal Service embodies the Cadbury spirit of generosity and the spirit of Christmas, offering shoppers the chance to gift their loved ones a free chocolate bar anonymously to someone special.

Throughout November & December the Cadbury Secret Santa Postal Service will be available to enter via scanning the QR code on digital and static posters nationwide, driving additional sales for retailers as Christmas approaches.

Cadbury is also offering retailers the opportunity to get involved and host their own Secret Santa Postal Service in their store to support their local communities via a competition on SnackDisplay.co.uk. Entries are now open and will close on 28th September 2025. There are three separate Cadbury Secret Santa prize packages to be won, and successful retailers will receive everything they need to host their own event, including 150 Cadbury Dairy Milk 100g tablets, envelopes and postage as well as in-store posters to promote the event.

The Cadbury Secret Santa postal service campaign will run across UK TV, VOD, Cinema, OOH, DOOH, Social, Print, Radio and Digital.

18+ UK. Open between 13:30 BST 1st September 2025 – 23:59 BST 28th September 2025 to Independent and Affiliated retailers, not subject to Sunday trading laws. Register or log in to Snackdisplay.co.uk and fill out the entry form, answering the multichoice question with A, B or C and submitting the form. Correct entries will be entered into an independent, random prize draw to win one of 3 prizes of a ‘Secret Santa’ event package for your store. Prize consists of 150 Cadbury Dairy Milk 110g tables, with envelopes, second class stamps, blank address labels, card post box, and posters. Entrants can only win one prize. The draw will take place within 14 days of the close of the competition. Winners will be contacted by the promoter by email within 14 days of the draw and will have 14 days to formally accept the prize. Delivery of the prize will take place between 15th November and 5th December 2025. The date of the Secret Santa event to be agreed between winner and Mondelez, with at least 3 weeks’ notice Where possible Mondelez will support with manpower for 4 hours on selected day, Monday to Friday only.
