Booker to push fresh and frozen range to help retailers tap more sales

Wholesale giant Booker is set to launch a brand-new Fresh and Frozen Food Brochure, designed to support retailers in maximising opportunities across one of the fastest-growing areas in convenience.

As shoppers increasingly prioritise great value fresh and frozen food close to home, Booker is working on a resource aimed at helping retailers better meet that demand within their local communities.


The brochure swill spotlight standout lines across Booker’s Retail Partners’ (BRP) fresh and frozen ranges, including own-brand favourites such as Jack’s - delivering excellent quality at accessible prices.

A wide selection of everyday essentials will be featured across a variety of popular categories, bringing both convenience and great taste.

Favourites such as Jack’s Garlic Flatbread, British Cooked Ham, Grated Mature Cheddar, Garden Peas, and crisp Royal Gala Apples are planned to be included alongside key sections including Frozen Bread, Cooked Meats, Cheese, Frozen Vegetables, and Fresh Fruit.

There is something for every occasion and beyond these staples, retailers will have the opportunity to explore an even broader range of options in categories like Fruit and Nuts, Deli, Eggs, Fish, Fresh Herbs, Salads and Vegetables, as well as Juices and Smoothies.

With fresh and frozen categories playing a vital role in footfall and customer loyalty, the brochure will include category insights on relevant information that relates to the wider market and consumer trends, as well as top tips for merchandising, and clear examples of what success can look like in store.

It aims to provide practical guidance on how to optimise these ranges, grow basket spend, and respond to evolving shopper expectations around freshness and convenience.
