Nisa provides retail partners with Easter deals

Nisa is providing its retail partners with a range of great deals on Easter weekend essentials to help customers celebrate the occasion for less.

The promotion is available in participating Nisa stores between Wednesday March 30 and
Tuesday April 19, giving shoppers plenty of time to fill the fridge before the family arrives for the long Easter weekend.

“The significance of Easter is more substantial this year, given it’s the first post-pandemic
Easter celebration and many will want to spend it surrounded by family, friends, and of
course, food,” said Nisa’s Offline Marketing Lead, Chris Walker.

Nisa has Easter lunch sorted with retailers offering Co-op British Beef Roasting Joints for
half price at £6.50 per kilogram, Co-op Irresistible British Lilly Potatoes 1.25kg at £1, Co-op Fine Green Beans 170g at £1, Co-op Irresistible Scottish Smoked Salmon 100g at £4, Co-op Chocolate Trifle 500g at £2.25, and the award-winning Co-op Irresistible Fairtrade Organic Malbec 75cl wine at £8 a bottle.

And a range of multi-buy deals on Co-op own label buffet foods are also available including
2 for £3.50 on Melton Mowbray Pork Pies, Sausage Rolls 6pk, and Mini Egg Bites, and 2 for
£1.50 on sides like Creamy Coleslaw and Potato Salad. Perfect for those hosting their loved
    ones this year.

“Food plays such an important part in a lot of religious celebrations, such as Christmas and
Diwali for example, and Easter is no different. Special occasions like this don’t come around
too frequently and so they tend to tempt consumers to splash out on more luxurious
    products,” said Walker.

“But it’s important to remember that while some will be spending that bit extra this year to
make the day even more special, more than half of all shoppers are now opting for the best
value options and thinking more carefully about how they’re spending their money. That’s
why the deals Nisa has made available to partners this year span across multiple tiers of the Co-op own brand – there is something for everyone, whatever their budget.”
