    Nisa launches 2021 floral pre-sale

Nisa partners have announced plans for their upcoming floral ranges with their sights now set on some of next year’s key retail events.

The retail chain is also looking ahead to Mother’s Day and Easter 2021 with the latest horticulture pre-sell event now live until mid-October.

With Mother’s Day the biggest selling event when it comes to horticulture, Nisa’s collection consists of 29 Co-op branded flower products.

Josie Bates, wholesale category controller at Nisa, said: “Last year, despite Mother’s Day falling at a time when the country entered into lockdown, the sales in Mother’s Day flowers performed extremely well, especially given the circumstances.

“Sales were up by 73% year on year and since going into lockdown, we have seen growth continue to strive in this category, with credit to the job our suppliers continue to do in supplying fresh and great quality flowers.”

To further encourage partners to make the most of the sales opportunity, Nisa is holding a competition for the best Mother’s Day flower display with the winner will receive £100 in Nisa credit.

The Easter range of flowers is also now on pre-sell to retailers with 12 Co-op flower bouquets and plant lines to choose from.
