Sugro secures new deal to seamlessly integrate eCommerce with all major ERPs

    Sugro UK

Sugro wholesalers using b2b.store’s eCommerce offering can now integrate their online-ordering sites with all major
ERP systems, thanks to a new partnership.

An agreement between Sugro’s digital solutions provider b2b.store and global leading ERP partner and integration expert, Vision33 (www.vision33.co.uk), means the buying group’s members can seamlessly integrate an e-commerce platform with other software solutions used in their business. This is due to Vision33’s proprietary solution, Saltbox, a cloud-based integration platform that empowers companies of all sizes to integrate disconnected applications and data sets.

ERP integration is a common barrier to setting up online. With wholesalers using a variety of different ERPs, real-time integration with all solutions that allow access from external software is a big upgrade to what Sugro can offer.

“The need to offer a solution that makes setting up and using the b2b.store eCommerce platform a much smoother process is a key part of Sugro’s digital ambition,” said Head of Commercial and Marketing, Yulia Petitt.

“The potential advantages for wholesalers to have a successful online-ordering offering for their customers are huge and we’d encourage each of our members to have one, so we’re always looking for new ways to improve the services we’re recommending.”

With the help of b2b.store, Sugro has been busy adding several new functions to its eCommerce offering in recent months, including the launch of its innovative eLoyalty rewards scheme, showing POR alongside product listing, and the ability to offer open banking at the point of payment.

In addition, Sugro has also offered a group-wide B2B WhatsApp marketing solution to its members.

“The rate at which Sugro are willing to innovate make them an incredibly good partner to work with and their members are undoubtedly benefiting from the initiatives they get involved with,” said b2b.store CEO Rob Mannion.

“ERP integration is such an important part of a wholesaler’s eCommerce journey that this latest upgrade is possibly one of the most significant they’ve done. It’s a big step for b2b.store too now we’re working with Vision33 to leverage their Saltbox platform to be easily integrated with ERP solutions that are compatible with external software.”

“Vision33 is excited to work with b2b.store to make integration more accessible to growing food and beverage distributors,” said Vision33’s CEO, Tony Whalen.

“As a cloud-based platform, what our Saltbox customers value most is how unlimited the integration opportunities
are across their business systems. In a competitive industry like food and beverage, businesses must find ways to be more cost-efficient and growth focused. Saltbox and our expert consultants have been helping growing businesses solve these challenges through automation and integration solutions for over 20 years.”
