    Shop staff threatened with knife in Little Stoke store robbery

    The CCTV image of the suspect issued by Avon and Somerset Police after a robbery at a convenience store in Kingsway, Little Stoke.

    Officers have released the CCTV visuals of a suspect following a robbery at a convenience store in Kingsway, Little Stoke, which left shop workers “shocked and distressed.”

    The incident happened at about 7.45 am on 3 February saw a man threatening two members of staff with a large knife, before making off with the till on foot.

    No one was hurt in the incident, the Avon and Somerset Police said.

    The suspect was described as aged 20 to 30, wearing a balaclava, a green camouflage jacket with the hood up, ripped jeans and black trainers.

    “Officers carried out an extensive search of the area but found no trace of the suspect. We’ve carried out house-to-house enquiries and a forensic investigation and our enquiries continue,” the force said in a statement.
