    Sheffield-based Ozmen joins Sugro UK

    Family run Sheffield-based wholesaling enterprise Ozmen Ltd has joined Sugro UK, the prominent member-owned buying and marketing group comprising of over 90 independent wholesalers.

    Ozmen Ltd, a well-established wholesaler and distributor specialising in impulse products, grocery, and household goods, has been serving the Sheffield community since 2010 as well operating café and bakery facilities.

    Altey Ozmen, Director of Ozmen Limited said, “Ozmen Limited is an international food chain, our slogan “World In A Trolley” represents our commitment to bring world foods to our community. Joining Sugro will govern our power to maximise and uplift our services in order to gain access for our future growth. Gaining such network will allow us to expand Ozmen Food Centres all around the United Kingdom”.

    Buying and marketing co-operative of independent wholesale members with full nationwide coverage (including offshore islands and Northern Ireland), Sugro UK claims to combine the buying power of its membership to negotiate the best product pricing and availability with our network of suppliers on a members behalf. It act as a single point of contact with suppliers, for our wholesalers, so they can reduce their administrative overheads. It provides full member support for all supplier activations, including new product releases, advertising and marketing.

    It has a diverse membership who offer a broad range of products including confectionery, soft drinks, crisps & snacks, grocery, household, alcohol, tobacco, catering, food service, beauty, chilled and frozen goods. Through its network of wholesale members, Sugro UK claims to supply over 16,000 retailers, utilising their dedicated field and telesales staff, with an extensive fleet of delivery drivers and vehicles.
