Parfetts is holding its annual summer trade festival, Parfest 2023, from July 9 to 15 to celebrate the best of cash and carry and convenience.

The fest will offer 500 deals across all categories to help retailers optimise their margins during the cost of living crisis. The week-long celebration will also see free food available at all depots from street food vendors ranging from burritos to breakfast sandwiches. There will be competitions and giveaways to ensure everyone can take part in the fun.Commenting on the event, Guy Swindell, joint managing director of Parfetts, said: “Parfest is an opportunity to celebrate everything great about our industry while shopping a huge range of incredible margin-boosting deals. Our retailers can meet key suppliers in the depot and speak to our teams to understand how we can help support their businesses.“There is lots of fun to be had with competitions, music and street food vendors giving every depot a carnival atmosphere. We hope to see as many people as possible throughout the week. Parfest week last year was well received by our retailers and delivered a record week of sales of over £14m for Parfetts. The celebration this month is set to be even bigger!”Supplier partners are supporting Parfest in a range of promotions, activations, NPD and sampling. Platinum partners for Parfest include AG Barr, Budweiser, Coca-Cola, Heineken, Kellogs, KP Snacks, PepsiCo, Red Bull, Suntory and Zenergy.Parfetts operates eight depots in Aintree, Anfield, Birmingham, Halifax, Middlesbrough, Sheffield, Somercoates and Stockport.
