    Nojo London rebrand Miso Cooking Sauce and Tahini Dressing

    Nojō London , a Great Taste Award winning, B Corp certified start-up sauce brand, headed up by Simona Deifta, is pleased to announce that they will launch their White Miso Cooking Sauce and Tahini Sauce nationwide in January 2024 (priced at £3.50 per 200ml bottle), with a fresh new rebrand and in time for veganuary and helping to inspire flavour-packed New Year recipes – available from Co Op, wholesalers and distributors including Diverse Fine Food, Greencity Wholefoods, CLF, Maholo Supplies, SUMA, CN Foods and Cotswold Fayre.

    January 2024 also sees Nojō introduce a dynamic and visually appealing new look for its labels. This redesign not only enhances shelf presence but also aligns with evolving consumer preferences for eye-catching and informative packaging.

    When creating Nojō, Simona’s goal was to offer delicious and convenient sauces with genuine nutritional value that were free from processed ingredients and refined sugar; Nojō believes that good food shouldn’t be hard work, offering a simple and delicious hack to jazz up any meal in seconds, delivering unbeatable umami flavours. Nojō is gluten free, GMO-Free, plastic-free and vegan, with no additives or artificial flavours.

    The White Miso Cooking Sauce holds a prestigious two stars from the Great Taste Awards. It’s made with white miso, rice vinegar, ginger and toasted sesame oil, and is designed to liven up any dish, whether grilled, pan-fried, oven baked or steamed – and is great paired with baked aubergine. This sauce has a very rich sweet and savoury taste which will bring out the umami in your creations. Nojō’s creamy, nutty and rich Tahini Sauce is made with tahini, lemon juice, a dash of naturally brewed tamari sauce and maple syrup, simply grab some cooked noodles, grains, fresh salad and vegetables in any form and serve with this sauce to achieve a thick, flavour-packed and rich dish.

    “We’ve always believed in the power of great taste and quality ingredients,” said Deifta.

    Also in the Nojō range is Great Taste Award-winning Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce, a traditional Teriyaki made with a luxury Togarashi spice mix twist, perfect for adding a deliciously sweet yet piquant taste to noodles, stir-fries or BBQ; Sesame Stir Fry Sauce offers the distinctive, nutty flavour and aroma of sesame, bringing a defining Asian taste to everyday cooking – add to stir fries, salads, or a ripe avocado; the Great Taste Award-winning Yuzu Ponzu Dressing, refreshing, light and tangy, made with naturally brewed tamari soy sauce, A-grade maple syrup, yuzu juice and ginger. The yuzu adds aromatic fragrance to dishes and the zesty flavours ramp up salad dressings, sushi or gyoza dips while adding depth and rich flavour to sauces, stocks and stir fries. The aromatic, sweet and fruity Orange Poke Dressing is made using orange juice, naturally brewed Tamari Soy Sauce, A-grade Maple Syrup and a touch of Toasted Sesame Oil and Ginger – a perfect addition to favourite dishes, giving them a vibrant tang, freshness and sweetness, it’s easy to use as a pouring or dipping sauce and works well as a salad dressing.
