New Bonds shaker cups launched at Hancocks

The confectionery wholesaler, Hancocks, has added two new pre-packed pick ‘n’ mix products to its sweet range.

Bonds Just Desserts Berry Mess Mix Shaker Cup 285g and Bonds Just Desserts Chocky Road Mix Shaker Cup 360g have been added to the Shaker Cup range

Bonds Just Desserts Chocky Road Mix takes its inspiration from chocolate treat Rocky Road. The cup includes milk chocolate cookie and fudge clusters, chocolate flavour disks with a candy topping and soft vanilla flavour marshmallows.

The much loved Eton Mess dessert is the inspiration behind Bonds Just Desserts Berry Mess Mix featuring a tasty mix of fruit flavour jelly sweets, white chocolate flavour candies with candy toppings and soft marshmallows.

They retail at £9.60 for a case of six and come with a recommended retail price of £3 per shaker cup.

The Shaker Cups are easy to display, require minimal space in store, are easy to open, close and reseal and make a great low-cost gift.

These are the latest additions to the Bonds Shaker Cup range stocked by Hancocks.

Other popular choices include the So Sweet Mix Shaker Cup, Candy Bliss Shaker Cup, So Sour Mix Shaker Cup, Rainforest Mix Shaker Cup, Cherries & Berries Shaker Cup, Rainbow Vibes Shaker Cup and Candy Bliss Shaker Cup.

There is also an American confectionery inspired shaker cup – Sweet Taste of the States featuring popular American candy brands including Warheads and NERDS. Available in a 200g cup with an RRP of £3.00.

“The Shaker Cup range from Bonds has been popular with customers since it first launched, and the two new products are welcome additions,” said Chris Smith, Marketing Communications Manager at Hancocks.

“The benefits for the retailer are huge. These are a perfectly pre-packed pick ‘n’ mix format. The shaker cups take up very little storage space compared to a regular pick ‘n’ mix display unit and can create an appealing display in store, helping to drive custom. They also work as a nice, low-cost gift.

“We’re expecting these to become a firm favourite with businesses shopping at our stores. They’re a well-designed product with an excellent selection of confectionery in each cup and offer good value for money.”
